1. Can samples be sent before confirming the order?
If you wish to inspect the quality, color, or material before placing an order, we can send small samples to demonstrate the materials. However, the cost of air express shipping must be covered by the customer.
2. Can you provide a shipping quote?
We can estimate current shipping costs to your port based on freight forwarder quotes and the dimensions of the cabinetry. Please provide the name of the destination port so we can calculate the volume (CBM), dimensions, and weight, and verify costs with the freight forwarder. Typically, we estimate the volume of flat-packed items at approximately 0.15 cubic meters per square meter or per linear meter. Regarding logistics, we can handle trade terms such as EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For complete cabinetry units, we generally do not have an MOQ requirement; we can manufacture orders as small as a single set. However, orders for cabinet doors alone may be subject to specific requirements (e.g., an MOQ of 0.5 square meters for glass doors). That said, the vast majority of cabinetry orders are not subject to such restrictions.
