After-Sales Service
1. If the buyer encounters installation difficulties, the seller will provide online technical guidance or video instructions.
2. The buyer must inspect the product upon receipt. If any defects or non-conformities are found, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within 10 days of receipt, providing detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photos). Failure to notify the seller within the specified timeframe will presume the product is in accordance with the order.
3. If the product, as determined by the confirmed drawings, is defective or does not conform to the order, the buyer may request a replacement or exchange. The buyer will be required to provide photos or videos as evidence, and the seller will verify the issue before providing a replacement. Our products are custom-made and cannot be returned.
